Returns of merchandise purchased from this website may be made within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of cost of the merchandise. The total of your return will be credited to the payment method used to purchase (minus shipping and handling). If the product you received was damaged, defective, or if you received an incorrect order, you must first contact Consumer Relations at 1.888.225.7378 prior to return.
To return an item you ordered from our site, fill out the Return Form on the packing slip in your order and return with merchandise to ensure timely credit and processing. The House of Marley Canada cannot be responsible for lost returns. We recommend using an insured and prepaid method such as UPS ground or insured Canada Post for proof of delivery.
For your return to be eligible, you must include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and in saleable condition.
Estimated return process is approximately two to four weeks but may be a bit longer due to volume.
