Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not happy with the voyage bt I have the same problem. I use it at the gym and the bus ride to school. Its just super annoying when it cuts out. I tried to trouble shoot it too and nothing seems to work. Dont get me wrong its a gread sounding earbud, but the buzzing sound doesn't help.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not satisfied with my purchase Voyage BT I have had this product for 24hrsI bought these wireless Ear buds with the intent of wearing them under earmuffs to have a metronome on while I play drums. When I bussed to school I used these to listen to some tunes. Great sound quality clear audio... kinda wish the bass sat a little higher in the mix but its definitely there. Before I get to the core issue let me first say a couple of things House of Marley learn how to make a user manual. The picture are super small and its kinda hard to tell what is going on. Also generally more information would be nice. I tried looking for one online and it just seems to be an updated version of the one in the packaging.My problem started this afternoon when I came home sat down at my kit and fired up the earbuds. I had my earmuffs over the headphones remember as I can't hear the mix without drowning out my kit. I proceeded to put on my metronome app on my phone... to my surprise I hear this medium volume Buzzing. I assume this is the frequency of the blue tooth interface cycling and making noise. Anyway I begin to self Trouble shoot and turn the app off and try some music. When there is silence or a pause in a song you can hear the buzz if a song or noise is playing you can't. So having a intermediate buz kinda renders my metronome useless. I tried uninstalling the app and powercycling and all that jazz. Nothing seemed to rectify the situation. I tried to return them to Best-Buy and since I opened them I can't so I am posting this in hopes you can help me. I will change my review to reflect changes one I get a response.TL:DR I suppose if you have a constant source of sound these are awesome products. Can't comment on battery as I have yet to drain it completely. The feel of the device is ok... it stays in my ear but sometimes the device gets wedged in my ear. All in all I wouldn't recommend these based on my experience but who knows maybe all wireless ones do this.

On the top of the left earbud, there should and will be a Marley logo/name... Lift and and then you will need to use and Android charger cord.

When connected and playing any form of music app the volume continues to reduce as if the volume control is constantly ding pressed. Besides the lack of quality I have only owned this for less than a day.

How do you know when they're fully charged?

How do I get it connected to my iPhone & Apple Watch with Bluetooth ?

Turn on the headphones by holding the multi-function button (located between the volume buttons) for about 4 seconds. The headphones should enter pairing mode automatically when they are turned on. If you still don't see them in available devices, try resetting Bluetooth by holding both volume buttons for about 2 seconds.
