I REALLY wanted to love these headphones, especially since sustainability is a big one for me; and they are alright provided you have both ear hooks attached. However without these they simply don't stay in: the outer part of the bud itself is so heavy that it just droops backwards and ends up pulling the bud out of your ear. One of my ear hooks has gone AWOL and so the headphones are now pretty useless to me. I got them specifically to use for yoga, but they don't even stay in when I'm sitting motionless at my desk! Really hope HOM can replace the silicone hook for me.

I bought a pair of the Uprise about a month ago, and within 2 weeks one of the over-ear parts fell off. I've been attempting to contact Marley via their facebook (which says to expect a response in 24-48 hours) and have received no response in weeks. So now I have a pair of 'activewear' headphones that I paid $90AU for that are effectively useless and am receiving no support for =/

They don't do much, but they come off easily and the ear pieces stay in your ear easily! Also love that they try up cycled materials to make good quality headphones.

Just wondering, does the Uprise earphones come with different-size ear hooks? The hooks that came with my Uprise are quite large and make the fit rather loose. There were no smaller hooks included in the box.

Mic input volume seems to be very low... When I pair these with my iPhone 6s people can hardly hear me when I try to talk to them on the phone. I always have to disable them and just talk on the phone normally. Any way to fix this???

We are sorry to hear this. We recommend deleting any previous pairings of the earbuds. The earbuds will only connect to one device at a time. If you have other Bluetooth pairings on the phone, you may need to delete these pairings and pair the earbuds first, then reconnect the other devices.

how do I pair my uprise Bluetooth with Ipad

Turn on the headphones by holding the multi-function button (located between the volume buttons) for about 4 seconds. The headphones should enter pairing mode automatically when they are turned on. If you still don't see them in available devices, try resetting Bluetooth by holding both volume buttons for about 2 seconds.

They are difficult to attach to my samsung 10. There were no instructions on how to do it, only the smallest pics - which do not explain. How do you do it? Am I also right in thinking not all the functions work on android? Like volume?

Dear V1426, In general, as most Bluetooth headphones, you turn them on (need to flash blue or blue and red), after go on the phone's Bluetooth list and choose the headphones from there. Regarding the controls, it does depend on the app and the phone if you can control the volume from the button or not; in general, while the music is playing, you can double click on up or down to skip. Can the earphones be worn without the loop that goes over the ear (like in a common in-ear earphone)? Will they fall out? Thanks

Yes you can take the over ear loop off, just keep the smaller one on which you curl into your outer ear as that keeps it locked in tight for running, without both it feels a bit loose for me

I cannot turn them on or off. After charging for 2 hours, it turns on after 4 seconds, then at the end of my session, they won’t turn off. Then, after only 10 minutes, they are drained of any life and have to be charged up again. Frustrated.
