Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Sound, but not for long time use. These were very good in the beginning till 1 n half year. I bought these around 2 yrs back. Everything use be too good ( sound, durability, battery), but now way days I am unable to get not more than 2 hrs of battery. I find very difficult to use due to this issue.

Yesterday, there was a strange buzzing in the left earphone, and today they don't work at all. I'm really disappointed, as up until now they were perfect. Great sound, good price, style, everything. But if they are only going to last six months, that all goes out the window.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Two weeks of use These are so pretty and sound quality is great, but the weight of the ‘end bits’ is sooo annoying, when I’m running or doing sit-ups etc they fall off the back of my neck and the weight pulls the out of my ears... v frustrating. Absolutely great if you’re not planning to use them for exercise or activity though! Strange that it doesn’t say the battery life anywhere though.. I’m constantly charging them because I’m paranoid they will run out on me

How do i switch off this headset? Does is automatically stop after a certain time of non usage, if yes how many minutes? Or, does it simply stays switch on until the battery is completly discharged?

Hold the large button on the headset until you hear a powering down noise in the headphones.

They sound great, are comfortable and look fantastic BUT there is interference when the cables rub against anything. For example if I turn my head, the noise of the movement drowns out the music. Is this normal?

Update - it's not an electrical issue, it's just the noise of cable rubbing against my shirt amplified by the earbuds. it happens when the phones are off so i assume normal with this type of cable. Routing the cable between the neckband and my skin, away from my shirt helps. Probably having cables made of smooth plastic would help even further but I'll sacrifice the minor noises for how great these look. And it turns out once I'm walking, there's very little noise anyway - thanks

You need to hold onto the button for 20/30 seconds then it should flash red and switch off.

Why is it flashing red light instead of the usual solid red light when charging ? Mine does it randomly. When I charge them . I have had them prob 2 years now .

Regarding light indicator. Is it supposed to flash blue when turned off? Mine does It shows red while charging.

Thank you for your question. Solid red light means the unit is charging. When the unit is powered off you will see no lights unless the unit is being charged. A flashing blue light means the unit is paired to a device.

How do i pear it with phone

Turn on the headphones by holding the multi-function button (located between the volume buttons) for about 5 seconds. The headphones should enter pairing mode automatically when they are turned on. If they don't appear in your phone's list of available Bluetooth devices, try resetting the Bluetooth on the headphones by holding both volume buttons for about 5 seconds.
