Rated 3 out of 5 by from They’re alright for light use. ( 2 hours max ) The sound quality is standard. The ear-cups make your ears hurt after multiple hours of use - yesterday I received them and wore them for 5+ hours, I was using them on my Xbox and by the end my ears were hurting a fair amount. A design adjustment would be to make them over the ear as opposed to on ear. The design of the headphones I think look very nice in terms of aesthetics. Sleek. And the ability to fold them would make carrying them around in a bag a viable option, that’s if you weren’t just gonna have em’ on ur neck. As I said, I used them on my Xbox and I have worn an array of headphones / headsets and as I also said I wear them for multiple hours so comfort is very important. If you’re only going to be wearing these for 2 hours max then sure they’ll be alright. If ur planning on wearing them for any longer then I’d recommend something else.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Presentation is key. I purchased these headphones as a birthday gift for my daughter as she wanted new ones & I loved my Marley headphones. The headphones arrived with a massive "Picked from warehouse"sticker slapped right over the box window so can't even look without opening what condition the headphones are in. The box was crumpled at the bottom & had a slit in the box window too. As this is an unopened gift I can only review on the presentation. I contacted customer services who said all boxes have this sticker and there is to get one without. It was suggested I stick a birthday card over the ugly sticker to try and make it look better. Customer services didn't really seem to bothered and tried to brush me off with a 10% refund. For my first experience shopping direct with house of Marley this has been very poor. Same I wasn't able to get to the shops.

When lockdown is over I’ll get them fixed. In the meantime I’ve bought myself another pair that are also stupendous in quality.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good sound quality but hard to take care of I've had these for about two years now and I've been pretty happy with them for the most part. They have good battery life and good sound quality. I appreciate the addition of the headphone jack cord for when it's out of battery. They are comfortable to wear for long periods of time. The Bluetooth connection is able to be sustained a decent distance from my phone or laptop. They have a unique design, especially with the juxtaposition of the wood against the metal. However, I will say that the wood part sticks out a bit awkwardly when placing it in my bag. My biggest issue is that the headphones are difficult to take care of. The fabric band gets dirty and is hard to clean (I've tried gently rubbing detergent and water but that just made it worse). The fabric for the inner ear pieces has gradually separated from the seam. The aluminum casing is easily scratched from just folding it and putting it in my bag (I put it at the very top so it won't get crushed by my other items and it still gets scratched). Part of this is me dropping my headphones one too many times but part of it is a lack of a carrying case. I wish there was at least an option to buy a case separately, as well as cleaning instructions included in the manual, since the headphones are damaged from just putting them in my bag. Overall, these damages are more cosmetic and have not affected my actual usage, so I would still recommend them. I would just make sure to take extra care of them after buying them. In terms of sustainability, I appreciate the tree-planting, but I wish there was more transparency about carbon emissions (i.e. if they ship carbon neutral, if their factories are powered by renewable energy, etc.) Their headphones are probably more sustainable than the competition, but if sustainability is a focus then it would still be most sustainable to buy headphones secondhand.

The Bluetooth versión can be used for gaming on pc or ps4? They have instan responce or have delai/lag? The mic is active or only work with the buton?

Thank you for your question. The headphones are designed to be synced to a Bluetooth device. Additional steps may be required when connecting to a PC. The headphones can also connect using an AUX cable. They are not recommended for gaming.

Hi, I have trouble connecting them to my laptop when used for conference calls. They play the music just fine but my laptop would not recognise them to be used as a mic/speakers for installed apps. Can you share if there are any drivers to download?

The headphones should work with any device which has a standard 3.5 mm jack. However, our headphones aren't designed for use with video game consoles, and the microphone/remote may not be compatible.

We believe your question might be on the wrong model headphones, if you are speaking of the wireless version of these headphones, yes, the blue light will flash when the headphones are powered on and connected to a device. You do not need to turn anything off.
