Rated 1 out of 5 by from Battery Dies Had these head phones for less than a year. Usually I love Marley products and was happy at first with my head phones but over time they became unable to hold a charge for more than 5 minutes ..

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic wireless version of my fave headphones So easy to set up and pair with iPhone. Comes with easy to use buttons on the neck piece and it is a lot lighter than I thought it would be yet weighted perfectly to keep in place. Crystal clear sound, very happy

Rated 1 out of 5 by from WORST PRODUCT EVER!!! Second pair I have had because I had to send first pair back for charge lasting 30 minutes only. I just received second pair and after one usage I cannot charge or turn on the headphones. Worst product I have ever had.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Disappointed I bought these in May and at first I was extremely impressed. I’ve purchased the Smile ear buds several times over the years and I’ve always bragged about the sound. This is the first time I’ve used the wireless. A few weeks ago they stopped holding charge. The battery dies after an hour. It’s extremely annoying.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Durability Bought this not so long ago, first one was I believe defective or so I thought. After less than a week of use and literally a couple of times using it, it stopped working completely. I tried charging it, the problem is the unit won't even charge. I went back to the store to get it exchanged to another unit. Same issue, less than a week of use, the unit died on me. I'll definitely get a refund this time. Too bad I like the design but the durability horrendous

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do Not Recommend! When I bought these I was very excited about them but only for a very short time! Unfortunately I have many issues and a few are pretty major reasons I would Never recommend anyone to buy these! To start I was very disappointed with the included protective case but wasn't a deal breaker. Next came the frustration of them constantly sliding off my neck if I moved at all outside of standing perfectly upright! Added to this problem was the realization that absolutely Nothing can be attached to the material these are made of to fix the problem! Not even super glue of any kind or duct tape either!! This was an extremely aggravating realization but let me tell you that this wasn't the worst issue! What the most infuriating problem was after only 4 months of light wear they will not turn on at all! The last time I charged they only lasted a couple hours and that's being generous! So please do yourself a favor and don't waste your money on these!

They sound great, are comfortable and look fantastic BUT there is interference when the cables rub against anything. For example if I turn my head, the noise of the movement drowns out the music. Is this normal?

Asked by: johns
Update - it's not an electrical issue, it's just the noise of cable rubbing against my shirt amplified by the earbuds. it happens when the phones are off so i assume normal with this type of cable. Routing the cable between the neckband and my skin, away from my shirt helps. Probably having cables made of smooth plastic would help even further but I'll sacrifice the minor noises for how great these look. And it turns out once I'm walking, there's very little noise anyway - thanks

How do i pear it with phone

Asked by: Bopper
Turn on the headphones by holding the multi-function button (located between the volume buttons) for about 5 seconds. The headphones should enter pairing mode automatically when they are turned on. If they don't appear in your phone's list of available Bluetooth devices, try resetting the Bluetooth on the headphones by holding both volume buttons for about 5 seconds.

Hi I was wondering if there is anyway to check the battery life of you headphones?

Asked by: Cjzach
Thank you for you question. This is a setting that lies with whatever Bluetooth device you are using with your headphones. You will have to contact the manufacturer of that device for instructions on how to check the battery status.
