Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great at cancelling noise! These headphones were quite a surprise for me. I honestly did not expect these to perform as good as they did. In terms of noise-cancelling, it absolutely did its job. It really impressed me. The headphones can fold inwards so that they be stored easily. The battery lasts quite a while as well and I use these daily. It can last up to a full week, which is pretty impressive in my opinion. Another feature that impressed me is that it comes with a removable audio cable. This was actually a HUGE plus because if the wireless component runs out of battery life, you can use the audio cable in the meantime to listen to your music, which is super clutch. Great and impressive product overall! I would highly recommend!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good battery and cheap Cheap headphones. Battery lasts ~ 9 hours. Mainly use for audiobooks and podcasts; clear sound quality for this purpose. Not a good choice for bass heavy music. Far from the most comfortable headphones, I often take one side off to my ear a rest. My ears seem to be too big for them; I'm hardly Dumbo or a satellite.

I started with the Smile Jamaica headphones then bought my mini speaker then bought Positive Vibrations. After 11 months the sound wasn’t playing on the headphones so I upgraded to the Black Positive Vibrations 2. I love the sound quality of the Marley Headphones but i am not happy with how unaccommodating it is with sizing and how non long lasting the positive Vibrations 2 are. After a couple months of use my headphones started to fall apart at the hinges (picture 1). I bought a new pair of the same model and in an even shorter time the exact same thing happened (picture 2) I tried using a lil crazy glue but still it continued to fall apart. For an item that cost $99 before taxes i expect it to last longer then it has. I am very disappointed because i love these headphones. They are very stylish and i light but i can not afford to be replacing headphones every 6 months. I would love to stay loyal to this company but am now considering buying from another brand.

But last night they wouldn’t charge. I changed cable, plug, socket but nothing would work. Really disappointed. I don’t have the receipt as they were a gift. I’ve had to say I bought these in store as there’s no option for Gift.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not the best buy Pros: Great packaging. Classic design. Good clear sound. Wireless and wired connection. 2 Years limited warranty. Cons: Wired 3.5 audio connection very cheap crackles out of the box! (but not worth spending $12 on mail just for $5 wire, at least not yet) Distance of wireless about 10-15m if there is a wall not even 5m. On ear design means they press on your ears meas eventually become quite painful to wear. Charging micro-usb cable quite short. Conclusion: This was my first House of Marley item I purchased and maybe the last. There are better products out there for similar price.

Yep! The Bluetooth still connects to your phone and I also used the aux lead to plug them into the plane’s entertainment system and they worked fine (American Airlines).

Do the positive vibration 2 power down when not in use?

Dear Double Dave, The Positive Vibration 2 wireless headphones will power down when they have no Bluetooth connection. However as they can be used to make and receive calls and are connected by Bluetooth they will not automatically shut off and should be powered down manually. Where is the microphone on this thing? I can't see it anywhere, and I can't get it to work. I used a testing application, which determined nothing was registering. I tried speaking all around the headset, and nothing came up.

Thank you for your question. the microphone is not on the headphones themselves, but on the detachable aux cable that they come with. You cannot use the microphone if the headphones are connected with Bluetooth.

I have charging problems. It doesn't have consistent power recharging after a few minutes after it is plugged, it stops charging the red light turns off.

I need more info, after the charging red light goes out; how long does the Bluetooth feature function? For example, my Positive Vibration 2 will run well over 7hrs on a single charge which I use everyday for running, gym, movies etc.

If the charge light only comes on for a second, this indicates that the headphones are fully charged. To pair with Bluetooth, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. Then look in the Bluetooth settings on your device and you should be able to find the headphones there. Charging my headphones. Is there more then one way to charge my headphones other then through the USB port on my laptop.Can I for example use my Apple iPad charging adaptor?  When I plug them in the red light comes on and then a short time later goes out

The headphones can charge using any standard Micro USB charger. The battery may already be fully charged. Plugging them in when the battery is already full will show the red light only briefly, then turn off again.

I am not seeing a blue light nor am I able to connect the bluetooth. Red charge light is off when plugged in to headset so it should be fully charged. Nothing happens when I hold down center button or both volume buttons simultaneously. What now?

Press and hold the volume up and volume down buttons for 3-5 seconds to reset the Bluetooth on the headphones. Then try to connect them to your ipad.
