Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great headphones Brought these two weeks ago, and have been super impressed with the whole experience they provide - sound quality is excellent with a crispness and bass quality i wasnt expecting. Fit is great, i use these when im working so have them on for hours at a time - even when wearing glasses there is no discomfort. And they look great - love the quality materials and general quality feel to them. Definitely recommend!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not charging I bought these a week ago for a long plane trip I have. Used them once, they were great. Now I am on my trip sitting on the first plane, and they won’t charge. The red light turns on for a couple seconds and then turns off. Absolutely livid.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from good up to now The sound is good, although the lowest is not very low. BUT... since last week, I cannot recharge them. I tried different USB, tried from the computer and on the keyboard, I deleted them from the Bluetooth, reopened again, held the +/- buttons for 5 seconds, nothing. The red light appears for about 30 seconds and disappears. What am I missing ? It's so frustrating.

Only thing I would improve is the sound when turning off and on. There is a bubbly sound, opposed to power on, power off. so I get confused when its on or off, which sound means on or off?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not buy it doesn’t work Bought these at the airport and they worked fine. After one day the Bluetooth no longer connected. I recharged it and still doesn’t connect. Also there are no written instructions anywhere to tell you how to set it up or seal with all the controls. There are flashing blue lights, red lights, purple lights and I have no idea what they mean and the manual, including the ones I found online, is useless. Just a bunch of pictures with no actual textual description or troubleshooting. Total waste of money.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from In general is good but the plastic isn't resistent I bought a heaphone the last year and I enjoy it until now... The last week I was surprise to see my headphone broken. The part that allows the flexibility of the apparatus and consequently of using it was not elaborated with a resistant plastic. The other side has already been cracked. I do not know what to do, who knows how to print a piece in 3D? But I do not think it's tough.

Q & A

When I turn on the headphones, there’s a blue and red light that begin to flash. I cant make connection with bluetooth, nor can i find any instructions what the lights mean. Someone knows what’s the problem? Already charged it for two hours.

I have had that problem as well, though it seems to be a non-issue now. You may want to turn off all other bluetooth devices connected to your phone. I had several. Then turn the bluetooth back on (making sure no other devices are connected). Then hold the center button on the headphones until it blinks just blue. Sometimes it helps to have the headphones on while you are doing this. There will be a sound in the headphones to indicate it has been connected. I hope that helps!

I bought my headphone last month and it's not charging since i bought it. I tried several USBs, but the charging red light disappears after 30 sec. What should I do in this case?

I just purchased these headphones and it doesn't appear to come with a manual, just a little folding piece of paper with some diagrams. Are there videos or online tutorials or a real manual I can read?

Charging my headphones. Is there more then one way to charge my headphones other then through the USB port on my laptop.Can I for example use my Apple iPad charging adaptor?  When I plug them in the red light comes on and then a short time later goes out

The headphones can charge using any standard Micro USB charger. The battery may already be fully charged. Plugging them in when the battery is already full will show the red light only briefly, then turn off again.
