Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good quality of music... when they pair The quality of music is good but the problem is that the pairing isn't working properly. Sometimes the pairing isn't working at all, sometimes one ear falls out (most of the time the right one) after some time. I already sent it back once to the company i bought the liberate air. I received new ones but the same problem applies weekly, very frustrating!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best earbuds I have ever bought I got these earbuds about 2 months ago and so far they have been absolutely amazing. I haven't had any problems with connectivity and the sounds is great! Just had to switch the size of the ear gels so they wouldn't slip out of my ears. I'm also so glad that they switched to the USB-C for changing!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Having trouble with right ear bud. I was really excited to support a sustainable company. However, I was a bit disappointed with these headphones. The right earbud will not have any sound coming from it and I cannot get it to connect to my phone. After a few days it randomly connects again. When I run, the headphones disconnect and reconnect for a couple of times until they finally stay connected.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from MAJOR connectivity problems Got these for Christmas. Right off the bat these headphones gave me trouble. They only work properly maybe 25% of the time. The left or right headphone will disconnect in the middle of my workout or they won’t connect at all. Very frustrating to waste so much time trying to get these to work properly. Save your money people, buy another brand. (Sound quality is nice when they do decide to work properly otherwise I’d give 1 star)

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DO NOT BUY THESE! I haven't even got the chance to use these for a single day, one single day .... used them on a brief commute to work. My right earbud cutout and stopped working for no reason. And now they won't pair, or even show up as a Bluetooth device on multiple devices of mine. Maybe it is luck of the draw, but I am very disappointed in these. Zero explanation as to why it would just cease working, after not even a SINGLE day of use.

I receive the headphones about two months ago, everything was working amazing. Until they stoped wanting to connect, the red light turns on showing that it is charging, but when I take them off de case no white light appears, and they do not connect.

We are sorry to hear this. We recommend resetting the earbuds: 1. Remove the Liberate Air Earbuds from your device (forget from Bluetooth settings). 2. Place earbuds in the charging case 3. Close the charging case 4. Open the charging case 5. Press the force pairing button on the back of the charging case for 2s, this button is located on the back of the charging case 6. Remove earbuds from the charging case 7. From the Bluetooth menu, select &ldquo;Liberate Air L&rdquo; or &ldquo;Liberate Air R&rdquo; to connect earbuds. 8. After connecting, there will be an additional pairing request for &ldquo;Headset&rdquo; (Liberate Air L or R.) 9. Accept request for additional pairing. 10. Earbuds will now be paired to device.

Hello I just received the earphones as a gift and love them already. I have only a small issue when trying to connect them with my old iPod 7th gen. They connect but suddenly the right earbud disconnects and shuts down and sometimes both of them.

Do these have touch volume controls as well?

Thank you for your question. There is not a volume control on the earphones. The volume can be increased or decreased using the device that the earphones are paired with.
