Rated 3 out of 5 by from Problems with the battery. About a year ago I bought a Marley Uplift 2 wireless headphones and I am very satisfied with the performance and sound quality. Since last month, I have not been able to use them for more than two hours in a row, without running out of battery, even if I fully charged them. I have tried charging them in different ways with no good results.

So it clearly it faulty i try to get in contact with the team on the day I have received my item and 5 days later I am still waiting on a reply. Never again I will be ordering any of the products from this website.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Could be much better I like the sound quality, the battery duration and the overall look and how they fit on the neck. I do not like how they fit in the ears: basically they hardly fit in my ears and if I use the for sport they often fall, then the power button is not working properly and so far after 2 months it's a matter of luck to turn the device on. I'd like that they could work when in charge.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible China cheap brand earbuds is better than this. Sound quality is ok not bad but too heavy battery Pack..and even look not good. My one is sometimes can't charge.. And play music suddenly stop or reduce volume. AUTOMATICLY.. I WANT TO RESET IT. BUT IT IS EASY TO FIND HOW TO RESET.. THIS IS REAL SUCK EARBUD.. So let me know how can I reset it.

I have rather small ear canals and have difficulty finding comfortable earphones. Even when I use the smallest silicone tips with different brands, they still hurt... Will it be the same with these earphones?

I have a similar issue with ears hurting due to that. These are great. No issue at all for me. They come with 2 or even 3 different sizes.

when I turn on my headphones the red and blue light start to blink and it doesn't pair with my cellphone? Any thoughts about this problem?

I have had this issue periodically. It’s a quick fix though. Go on your phone and click the device you’re trying to connect to in this case the “Uplift Earbuds.” Once highlighted click forget device. It will delete that device out of the used often or saved devices. Once that is complete repair your device as normal. I have a few Marley devices and have to do this with all them. It’s actually not the device though like you may be thinking. The device receiving code doesn’t ever change. But, when you update your phone the phone often deletes those receiving codes because of the way they’re stored on the phone. I’ve had this issue with both Samsung and IPhones. Hope that helps.

I just bought the uprise wireless sport earphone. The manual is pretty useless. Can you tell me how to pair them with my phone...so far it is not showing up on my phone. Do you have to fully charge it before it will pair? How do I turn it on and off?

As I remember, the headphones do need to be fully charged in order to pair them with your phone. When you plug in the headphones to the charger you will see a red light as it charges. It will go out when it is fully charged. Press and hold the middle button (Marley insignia) in between the + and - volume buttons which are on the left cord. You will hear a noise to let you know they are on. At this point it should show up to pair on your phone. To turn them off simply press and hold that middle button again. You will hear a sound to let you know they have been turned off.

How do I know when this is fully charged? is there anyway to check how much battery is left in the unit while using it or do I just have to wait for it to die?

When it's fully charged it no longer has a red LED light on the battery pack. I don't remember if it shines a different color, or if it doesn't have a color at all. All I know is the red LED is gone when it is fully charged. When it is about to die it will make (I think 3) notification sounds in the earbuds over the course of approximately 5 minutes (maybe 10 minutes at most) before it dies.
