Smile Jamaica™ Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds is rated 3.6 out of 5 by 276.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from So convenient I absolutely love the convenience of Bluetooth earbuds. The neckstrap makes me feel more comfortable wearing them outdoors, so I don’t fear losing one if it falls out. The strap catches it before it falls to the ground. The sound quality is good, and they’re easy to charge. They just don’t give much of a warning before the battery dies.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Decent sound, underwhelming product The cord just doesnt stay tucked into the rubber neckband, it seems like a design flaw more than an error in production. I also have messaged HoM twice for replacement earpads, i want to pay for more earpads, and no response. Zero on customer relations. The stuff looks nice though?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Earphones just stopped working Great design, great materials, great sound. But... absolutely same deal! They worked for a month and one day simply stopped turning on. Charging does not help, the red light blinks and doesnt accept a charge. I will definetely not recomment this to my friends.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Recensione di Sandra It doesn't hold the charge (only 1h) after 1 year use. Raise or lower the volume is tediouse because press the botton isn't enough, you must keep it pressed. And after that the volume change very quickly. It isn't worth the price 35€. Sandra Chiera

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Earphones just stopped working after I was enjoying the use of the earphones for the last few months until they just stopped turning on. Charging does not help. Very disappointed especially after seeing others experience the same thing. And now I was asked to mail the earphones at my own expense to get a new pair.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I can not pair them They charge fine, I can turn them on and off. I push the buttons + and - at the same time to pair, the light looks like it's ready to pair but it doesn´t let me in ANY device.

How far away from your device can you get before it is out of range?

Asked by: Brett
I work in a warehouse type building and can hear with these earbuds pretty far at least 3 rooms apart. They are my favorite and the sound is clear

They sound great, are comfortable and look fantastic BUT there is interference when the cables rub against anything. For example if I turn my head, the noise of the movement drowns out the music. Is this normal?

Asked by: johns
Update - it's not an electrical issue, it's just the noise of cable rubbing against my shirt amplified by the earbuds. it happens when the phones are off so i assume normal with this type of cable. Routing the cable between the neckband and my skin, away from my shirt helps. Probably having cables made of smooth plastic would help even further but I'll sacrifice the minor noises for how great these look. And it turns out once I'm walking, there's very little noise anyway - thanks

Why is it flashing red light instead of the usual solid red light when charging ? Mine does it randomly. When I charge them . I have had them prob 2 years now .

Asked by: Anonymous
Thank you for your question. Please confirm the earbuds are powered off when connected to the charger. You will see a solid red light when the earbuds are charging.

Regarding light indicator. Is it supposed to flash blue when turned off? Mine does It shows red while charging.

Asked by: Harry 92
Thank you for your question. Solid red light means the unit is charging. When the unit is powered off you will see no lights unless the unit is being charged. A flashing blue light means the unit is paired to a device.
