Smile Jamaica™ Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds is rated 3.7 out of 5 by 227.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from These must be defective The music volume and volume on videos and other media is super low volume. If I am standing 5feet away from someone speak at a reasonable level u can no longer hear my music. When a phone call comes in they get louder. Tried them with several different phones and the same result. Super disappointed. I had the liberators XL and they were amazing for a year until they stopped taking a charge. These earbuds I am ready to toss in the garbage after 1 day, sad

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very happy I’ve been using these almost everyday for the past 5 months. I find the battery lasts quite long and charges well. I do wish there would be an indicator (maybe light turning blue) when fully charged so you know when you’re good to go. I also don’t live the “always on” blinking blue light. It’s annoying when using these at night. Otherwise I love them!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not buy I bought these roughly a month ago and after their initial charge the battery won’t hold a charge. They won’t turn on plugged in even. Terrible purchase.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from recharge difficult I had posted that this set would not recharge. Kept trying on different cables and it did charge . The light goes red when charge cable inserted but that doesn't tell me whether it is, in fact, charging or when it is fully charged. A bit more work needs to be done in this area. The sound is good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from They make me smile! Got my Smile Jamaicas for X-mas and have been really happy with them for over a year! Never lose an earbud when I have to take one or both out while in my workshop, out & about, shopping, etc. Great battery life - I can charge it in a couple of hours and then listen while I work all day. Sound quality and controls are fantastic and make them easy to use. I can even acuratley find & push the buttons when I'm wearing winter gloves! The neck band is almost unnoticeable and I know exactly where the controls are (rather than having them swing around on a cord). After about 14 months of using them for several hours, 5-6 days/week the battery life is finally starting to decrease and I only get 2 or 3 hrs play time from a full charge. Considering how much I use them, this is absolutely expected and I will definitely replace them with the same. I love these earbuds!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from So sad I got these headphones for a trip out of town. I only got a chance to use these headphones one full charge, if that and now they won't charge at all. I've tried different cords and ways of charging (outlet, brick, computer) with no luck. It really ticks me off that I spent $70 at a store to be used once had ha e to throw away. Unfortunately I couldn't return the product because the store is in a different state. DO NOT BUY THESE EAR BUDS!!!

They sound great, are comfortable and look fantastic BUT there is interference when the cables rub against anything. For example if I turn my head, the noise of the movement drowns out the music. Is this normal?

Asked by: johns
Update - it's not an electrical issue, it's just the noise of cable rubbing against my shirt amplified by the earbuds. it happens when the phones are off so i assume normal with this type of cable. Routing the cable between the neckband and my skin, away from my shirt helps. Probably having cables made of smooth plastic would help even further but I'll sacrifice the minor noises for how great these look. And it turns out once I'm walking, there's very little noise anyway - thanks

How do I turn my JAMAICA smile headphones off? whatever I do the blue light keeps blinking.

Asked by: UBrynL
You need to hold onto the button for 20/30 seconds then it should flash red and switch off.

Regarding light indicator. Is it supposed to flash blue when turned off? Mine does It shows red while charging.

Asked by: Harry 92
Thank you for your question. Solid red light means the unit is charging. When the unit is powered off you will see no lights unless the unit is being charged. A flashing blue light means the unit is paired to a device.

How do i pear it with phone

Asked by: Bopper
Turn on the headphones by holding the multi-function button (located between the volume buttons) for about 5 seconds. The headphones should enter pairing mode automatically when they are turned on. If they don't appear in your phone's list of available Bluetooth devices, try resetting the Bluetooth on the headphones by holding both volume buttons for about 5 seconds.
