Customer Reviews

Smile Jamaica™ Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds is rated 3.7 out of 5 by 214.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great sound! I was looking for a new wireless, bluetooth headphone option and I am so glad that I have the Jamaica earbuds from House of Marley. I have had a very positive experience with another House of Marley product in the past, so I was anxious to give these a try. What I love the most about these earbuds is the quality of the sound. I have found these to be comfortable to wear and perfect for my day-to-day use. Ultimately, I think these are a great value!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from keep the receipt, you will need it My earbuds lasted 2 months now wont hold a charge. Used them like 4 maybe 5 times and they just shut off and wont charge. Red charge light pulses. Charged for about 7 hours but cant turn them on anymore. Great looking necklace but thats about it. I am trying to get assistance from the House of Marley. customer service- 1888 251 1076. Update to follow if I get compensated. Quality was decent for the first 2 months. Received as my 5 year work anniversary gift from my company. A lot of reviews have exactly the same issue so this is not a one off. Time to fix the problem or take the product off the market.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very bad Hi, my blutooth jamaica smiles have recently stopped charging and show a flicker or flashing red light when I turn on. What do these types of charging lights mean?

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Terrible battery life Bought this product almost 3 months ago. Sound quality holds up well, it's comfortable, and even seems durable. However, I'm lucky to get an hour out of the battery and I have NEVER gotten 8 hours out of them. It's become increasingly frustrating to go for walks with these headphones as they're guaranteed to die within an hour, even on a full charge.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great until I bought this earphones and use it for 1 year no problem, sound great, battery life good as well, after a year the battery life start been short from 8 to 5-4 hours maximum, and shorter from 1-2 maximum but now just not work anymore so I think I will need to replace the battery but well even my power bank is more durable...

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I would recommend if you are willing to over look. Although I would recommend it must be noted the side with label is your right earphone *took a while to figure out to my annoyance *, and one side keeps sliding down every so often so you have to constantly adjust the bit that goes around you neck area to avoid losing the earphones

They sound great, are comfortable and look fantastic BUT there is interference when the cables rub against anything. For example if I turn my head, the noise of the movement drowns out the music. Is this normal?

Asked by: johns
Update - it's not an electrical issue, it's just the noise of cable rubbing against my shirt amplified by the earbuds. it happens when the phones are off so i assume normal with this type of cable. Routing the cable between the neckband and my skin, away from my shirt helps. Probably having cables made of smooth plastic would help even further but I'll sacrifice the minor noises for how great these look. And it turns out once I'm walking, there's very little noise anyway - thanks

How do I turn my JAMAICA smile headphones off? whatever I do the blue light keeps blinking.

Asked by: UBrynL
You need to hold onto the button for 20/30 seconds then it should flash red and switch off.

Regarding light indicator. Is it supposed to flash blue when turned off? Mine does It shows red while charging.

Asked by: Harry 92
Thank you for your question. Solid red light means the unit is charging. When the unit is powered off you will see no lights unless the unit is being charged. A flashing blue light means the unit is paired to a device.

How do i pear it with phone

Asked by: Bopper
Turn on the headphones by holding the multi-function button (located between the volume buttons) for about 5 seconds. The headphones should enter pairing mode automatically when they are turned on. If they don't appear in your phone's list of available Bluetooth devices, try resetting the Bluetooth on the headphones by holding both volume buttons for about 5 seconds.
