Ok featuresReceived my product two weeks ago. It is ok compared to others. I love that it is eco friendly. The problem I am experiencing is that it keep falling off my neck. I need a product that is secure around my neck and not having to think that I’m going to loose it.

Great sound qualityI have owned my pair for probably 8 months now. No problems, still getting 8ish hours of play time. They have great sounds quality., They’ve even been through the wash but still work great!

OutstandingI purchased these about 3 years ago. I was looking for a sound system for a very loud Harley Davidson motorcycle at the time. Someone suggested instead of paying over a $1,000. on a sound system just buy a set of sound suppressing earbuds. I toured with these things in hail, sleet and nonstop pouring rain. In one case 2 twelve hour days of steady rain. They just kept working and that is with a 1/2 helmet so they were constantly exposed to the elements. I attached an eyeglass strap to the wood ends just to ensure I didn't loose them. The battery did last 8 hrs and I recharged on the go using a cigarette lighter adapter mechanism I had installed. I am only now looking to replace the batteries. For me these things were bullet proof and saved my ears from the straight shot pipes on the Harley.

Didn’t last longI bought these a few months ago and they were great but now they don’t charge so they won’t turn on. They are useless now. I’ve tried a new charge cable but that doesn’t work. Disappointed as I really liked them when I first got them.

Same issue as many others!Same issue as half the reviews listed. They work and charge fine for a short time. Then you go to charge them one day and instead of a solid red light representing your device is charging you get a flickering red blinking light and headphones will never turn on again. I bought a pair for my 3 sons after I purchased my original pair. Within a month 2 of the 3 pairs I bought them are experiencing exact same issue I listed above.

Stopped working after second use. These seemed great. Paired quickly and easily, looked nice, felt nice and sounded nice. i guess I made the unforgivable mistake of not turning them all the way off (which I found difficult to tell the status) before charging. The headphones just flash red and white. I can neither turn them on or off. They appear to just be trash now.
How do i switch off this headset? Does is automatically stop after a certain time of non usage, if yes how many minutes? Or, does it simply stays switch on until the battery is completly discharged?
Asked by: Barbara
Hold the large button on the headset until you hear a powering down noise in the headphones.

I have these headphones. It is red light when charging. To turn on hold the button in until the light flashes blue. I love them. Hope this helps.

How far away from your device can you get before it is out of range?
Asked by: Brett
I work in a warehouse type building and can hear with these earbuds pretty far at least 3 rooms apart. They are my favorite and the sound is clear

They sound great, are comfortable and look fantastic BUT there is interference when the cables rub against anything. For example if I turn my head, the noise of the movement drowns out the music. Is this normal?
Asked by: johns
Update - it's not an electrical issue, it's just the noise of cable rubbing against my shirt amplified by the earbuds. it happens when the phones are off so i assume normal with this type of cable. Routing the cable between the neckband and my skin, away from my shirt helps. Probably having cables made of smooth plastic would help even further but I'll sacrifice the minor noises for how great these look. And it turns out once I'm walking, there's very little noise anyway - thanks

Why is it flashing red light instead of the usual solid red light when charging ? Mine does it randomly. When I charge them . I have had them prob 2 years now .
Asked by: Anonymous
Thank you for your question. Please confirm the earbuds are powered off when connected to the charger. You will see a solid red light when the earbuds are charging.

Regarding light indicator. Is it supposed to flash blue when turned off? Mine does
It shows red while charging.
Asked by: Harry 92
Thank you for your question. Solid red light means the unit is charging. When the unit is powered off you will see no lights unless the unit is being charged. A flashing blue light means the unit is paired to a device.
