Smile Jamaica™ Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds is rated 3.7 out of 5 by 220.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from So sad I got these headphones for a trip out of town. I only got a chance to use these headphones one full charge, if that and now they won't charge at all. I've tried different cords and ways of charging (outlet, brick, computer) with no luck. It really ticks me off that I spent $70 at a store to be used once had ha e to throw away. Unfortunately I couldn't return the product because the store is in a different state. DO NOT BUY THESE EAR BUDS!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very poor - wouldn’t recommend Bought - used once then battery would not recharge. Sound is awesome Look/design is good Quality = rubbish - very disappointed, usually a highly praised brand but very disapointed. Overall I would not recommend, complete waste of time and money

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stopped charging after 3 months! We have purchased 2 of these sets and both have stopped charging within 3 months. Nice ear buds with great sound, but obviously a fault with charging which is such a shame.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from No charge I bought the Jamaica wireless headphones in April as a birthday gift to myself. The first month to 2 months was great. Only problem was that they are lightweight so they slide off your neck every so often. Now I cant get them to keep a charge to save my life. I can charge them all day link them to my phone and they last an hour to 2 hours maybe and then they die. Its extremely annoying.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Warning! They will only work for a few months.... I bought these in April of 2019 and I've had to send them in for warranty coverage not once but twice!!! This is all because of the battery losing a charge or just not charging at all. The anger of charging these things all night and then getting to the gym to discover that they won't turn on or they turn on and play for about 1 min then turning off. Awful product do better House or Marley!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent Sound quality is nice and not harmful to ears even when loud. Battery backup is good but cannot see the battery percentage in any device. CON: The body is so light that it slips from neck and goes down all the time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great sound! I was looking for a new wireless, bluetooth headphone option and I am so glad that I have the Jamaica earbuds from House of Marley. I have had a very positive experience with another House of Marley product in the past, so I was anxious to give these a try. What I love the most about these earbuds is the quality of the sound. I have found these to be comfortable to wear and perfect for my day-to-day use. Ultimately, I think these are a great value!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from keep the receipt, you will need it My earbuds lasted 2 months now wont hold a charge. Used them like 4 maybe 5 times and they just shut off and wont charge. Red charge light pulses. Charged for about 7 hours but cant turn them on anymore. Great looking necklace but thats about it. I am trying to get assistance from the House of Marley. customer service- 1888 251 1076. Update to follow if I get compensated. Quality was decent for the first 2 months. Received as my 5 year work anniversary gift from my company. A lot of reviews have exactly the same issue so this is not a one off. Time to fix the problem or take the product off the market.

They sound great, are comfortable and look fantastic BUT there is interference when the cables rub against anything. For example if I turn my head, the noise of the movement drowns out the music. Is this normal?

Asked by: johns
Update - it's not an electrical issue, it's just the noise of cable rubbing against my shirt amplified by the earbuds. it happens when the phones are off so i assume normal with this type of cable. Routing the cable between the neckband and my skin, away from my shirt helps. Probably having cables made of smooth plastic would help even further but I'll sacrifice the minor noises for how great these look. And it turns out once I'm walking, there's very little noise anyway - thanks

How do I turn my JAMAICA smile headphones off? whatever I do the blue light keeps blinking.

Asked by: UBrynL
You need to hold onto the button for 20/30 seconds then it should flash red and switch off.

Regarding light indicator. Is it supposed to flash blue when turned off? Mine does It shows red while charging.

Asked by: Harry 92
Thank you for your question. Solid red light means the unit is charging. When the unit is powered off you will see no lights unless the unit is being charged. A flashing blue light means the unit is paired to a device.

How do i pear it with phone

Asked by: Bopper
Turn on the headphones by holding the multi-function button (located between the volume buttons) for about 5 seconds. The headphones should enter pairing mode automatically when they are turned on. If they don't appear in your phone's list of available Bluetooth devices, try resetting the Bluetooth on the headphones by holding both volume buttons for about 5 seconds.
