Rated 1 out of 5 by from Absolutely the worst earphones around!! I have now owned 3 pairs of Marley earphones, 1st pair still working like a charm, the other 2 died within a month. Same issues everyone else has, all the sudden no charging, flashing red light, can't power on and when it does it connects to immediately disconnect, obvious defect seeing the multiple reviews for the same issues but no fix or help. Do not waste your money on these, or any other Marley products

Rated 3 out of 5 by from They were the perfect headphones :( I bought this on January 24th and they were working perfectly until yesterday. A red light started to flashing from no reason when I tried to charge the battery and after that I realized that the headphones doesn't work any more. The battery doesn't charge, they turn off randomly (after many attempts to turn them on) and other issues. I loved them, they had really great sound, the microphone is very good, the texture of the materials is incredible, they are so confortable and had many other things that makes my feel very sad today because they now are broken.

I bought these expecting greatness and was more than impressed with what was delivered. Noise canceling, great bass, clear sound, easy to use buttons. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for great headphones.

I’m really sad because I love the sound quality and they are comfortable but they just are not working.

How do i switch off this headset? Does is automatically stop after a certain time of non usage, if yes how many minutes? Or, does it simply stays switch on until the battery is completly discharged?

Hold the large button on the headset until you hear a powering down noise in the headphones.

How far away from your device can you get before it is out of range?

I work in a warehouse type building and can hear with these earbuds pretty far at least 3 rooms apart. They are my favorite and the sound is clear

They sound great, are comfortable and look fantastic BUT there is interference when the cables rub against anything. For example if I turn my head, the noise of the movement drowns out the music. Is this normal?

Update - it's not an electrical issue, it's just the noise of cable rubbing against my shirt amplified by the earbuds. it happens when the phones are off so i assume normal with this type of cable. Routing the cable between the neckband and my skin, away from my shirt helps. Probably having cables made of smooth plastic would help even further but I'll sacrifice the minor noises for how great these look. And it turns out once I'm walking, there's very little noise anyway - thanks

You need to hold onto the button for 20/30 seconds then it should flash red and switch off.

Why is it flashing red light instead of the usual solid red light when charging ? Mine does it randomly. When I charge them . I have had them prob 2 years now .

Thank you for your question. Please confirm the earbuds are powered off when connected to the charger. You will see a solid red light when the earbuds are charging.

Regarding light indicator. Is it supposed to flash blue when turned off? Mine does It shows red while charging.

Thank you for your question. Solid red light means the unit is charging. When the unit is powered off you will see no lights unless the unit is being charged. A flashing blue light means the unit is paired to a device.

How do i pear it with phone

Turn on the headphones by holding the multi-function button (located between the volume buttons) for about 5 seconds. The headphones should enter pairing mode automatically when they are turned on. If they don't appear in your phone's list of available Bluetooth devices, try resetting the Bluetooth on the headphones by holding both volume buttons for about 5 seconds.
