Rated 1 out of 5 by from The battery doesn't charge anymore I bought these a little under 2 months ago and the battery will no longer charge. The light turns on for one second and then goes out. I have tried multiple chargers and outlets and nothing will make it charge. It sucks cause the sound quality is good, but if you can't turn it on what is the point. Looks like cheap material was used for the battery. Would not recommend.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from 1 year of use I bought these maybe 6 months ago, it could of been longer though. Maybe 9 months? Anyway.. So the quality so far hasn't deteriorated and I haven't had anything broken on them, so maybe other reviewers are a bit rougher with them than i am. Theres a few annoying features however, the grove that holds the headphones in (im talking about the two lengths that go to each headphone not the one built into the strap) so the groves for those seem a bit pointless as there's no real advantage to having them, they also don't hold the headphones in well so I don't really see the point in them. The ends where the controls are and the other side are very light which is good BUT that also means they slide around and i often have to tuck them into my shirt to stop them falling to one side. Finally the Microphone isn't the best, I've had a few people say i dont sound clear etc, its not so bad that the person on the other end of the line cant hear me at all (they typicaly adjust) but poor enough that its frequently mentioned. I would like to see a V2.0 of these made where the rubber is replaced by something that visibly looks recycled. When i got my first pair of HOM headphones maybe 10 years ago i remember reading how recycling was a key quality to them and feeling the rubber that makes up the majority of the device just doesn't feel like this has carried on. Maybe melted down fishing nets (fishing nets are reported to make up 40% of the rubbish floating underwater)

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Review after 15months The sound is super good, bass is amazing everything good but from a month, its charging time has changed from 2hrs to just 40minutes,due to which they discharge quickly like after a couple of hours, I live in India and now I don't know how to deal with the battery issue. I hope you may help

I hold the button to turn off the device, but it goes to google assistant, turns off, then leaves the music playing on full blast. Is this meant to happen???

Unfortunately in less than 2 days the left earbud is 80% quieter than the right, you can barely hear it. Does this product come with a warranty? I bought mine 7 months ago and the left earbud does not produce sound anymore.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Smile Jamaica -Best Value for a bluetooth earpiece I first bought this set because it was one of the better priced one in the market. The battery last for one day although I don't use it for 8 hours. I also doubt it will last 8 hours. However, in an 8 hour day where I would use it for 4 hours, it is sufficient for me. I do have an older bluetooth which I use whenever this one runs out of battery. This earphone has decent quality audio and are very comfortable to wear. I like the the base which serves as a good anchor as my earpiece has fallen off a few times and the base holds it around my neck. I am now on my 2nd earphone. The first one just would not charge anymore. I got about a year and a half of almost continous use. For the price of these, I could have 3 or 4 before it reaches the price of one Bose earphone. I love Bose but this one, I could lose and not worry about it. Besides, the quality is good for this class and I Highly Recommend this to all my friends and anybody wanting to get a decent earphone.

How do i switch off this headset? Does is automatically stop after a certain time of non usage, if yes how many minutes? Or, does it simply stays switch on until the battery is completly discharged?

They sound great, are comfortable and look fantastic BUT there is interference when the cables rub against anything. For example if I turn my head, the noise of the movement drowns out the music. Is this normal?

Update - it's not an electrical issue, it's just the noise of cable rubbing against my shirt amplified by the earbuds. it happens when the phones are off so i assume normal with this type of cable. Routing the cable between the neckband and my skin, away from my shirt helps. Probably having cables made of smooth plastic would help even further but I'll sacrifice the minor noises for how great these look. And it turns out once I'm walking, there's very little noise anyway - thanks

How do i pear it with phone

Turn on the headphones by holding the multi-function button (located between the volume buttons) for about 5 seconds. The headphones should enter pairing mode automatically when they are turned on. If they don't appear in your phone's list of available Bluetooth devices, try resetting the Bluetooth on the headphones by holding both volume buttons for about 5 seconds.

Thank you for you question. This is a setting that lies with whatever Bluetooth device you are using with your headphones. You will have to contact the manufacturer of that device for instructions on how to check the battery status.
