Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product Happy so far ,but only had it 1 month. Be interesting to see how long it lasts as other similar products stopped working after a few months

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product My dad had this product for 2 yrs now. The only issue it has is that it's not holding, nor taking charge. He'll put it to charge, but the red keeps blinking. I saw in a review that the light supposed to be blue when it's fully charged. But he's not seeing that, it'll be charging for (4) hours and won't turn blue. I don't know if it's tired of the everyday beating.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Sound I had a pair of the Smile Jamaica wired version for a number of years and loved the sound. One side quit working and was in the process of switching over to a new phone that does not have headphone jack, so I ordered these. So far so good. I used them with my iPad and the sound was incredible, deep base like the wired version and I never had to put the iPad up to full volume to get them to crank, even after several IPAs :) I hope they last, because I read before I purchased that they fail after after a few months, but so far so good.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Bluetooth keeps disconnecting I ordered online and received this a few days ago. The sound is great, for the cost, however whenever I'm on calls it keeps on disconnecting from my mobile's bluetooth. Every time I reconnect via my iphone (via settings - bluetooth) it would disconnect again shortly after. I would have rated this product excellent (for the price I paid) if it wasn't for this major issue - and I'm on conference calls most of the day.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Dissapointed I bought this four months ago. I would use them off and on to gym, train, run. Randomly stopped working first with the microphone, then two days later wouldn't turn on but would charge. So dissapointed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Review of headphones I bought them 8 months ago and after using 5 days per each week battery is enough for only 4-4.5 hours of music listening. Overall good sound quality, range of bluetooth signal but accu could be a little bit better

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Earbuds won't charge I have purchased 2 sets of these earbuds. The sound is amazing but I only get 3 charges out of them and then they won't charge again. Great product but bad batteries or charging system.

They sound great, are comfortable and look fantastic BUT there is interference when the cables rub against anything. For example if I turn my head, the noise of the movement drowns out the music. Is this normal?

Asked by: johns
Update - it's not an electrical issue, it's just the noise of cable rubbing against my shirt amplified by the earbuds. it happens when the phones are off so i assume normal with this type of cable. Routing the cable between the neckband and my skin, away from my shirt helps. Probably having cables made of smooth plastic would help even further but I'll sacrifice the minor noises for how great these look. And it turns out once I'm walking, there's very little noise anyway - thanks

How do I turn my JAMAICA smile headphones off? whatever I do the blue light keeps blinking.

Asked by: UBrynL
You need to hold onto the button for 20/30 seconds then it should flash red and switch off.

Regarding light indicator. Is it supposed to flash blue when turned off? Mine does It shows red while charging.

Asked by: Harry 92
Thank you for your question. Solid red light means the unit is charging. When the unit is powered off you will see no lights unless the unit is being charged. A flashing blue light means the unit is paired to a device.

How do i pear it with phone

Asked by: Bopper
Turn on the headphones by holding the multi-function button (located between the volume buttons) for about 5 seconds. The headphones should enter pairing mode automatically when they are turned on. If they don't appear in your phone's list of available Bluetooth devices, try resetting the Bluetooth on the headphones by holding both volume buttons for about 5 seconds.
