Rated 1 out of 5 by from Really poor design, very flimsy and broke easily I only bought these recently and when they arrived was disappointed to find they are very flimsy and poorly made, the quality of the fitting and design is inadequate. Due to this I decided it was too risky to take them out of the house, pretty much the whole reason you would get headphones, so only used them at home a couple of times. Then whilst wearing them, the fitting broke, I wasn't even touching or adjusting them and now they are unusable

Can it connect with a cable rather than wirelessly? How good is noise cancellation?

Yes, these headphones come with a cable for wired use. The headphones don't feature active noise cancellation though.

I own a pair of Rise BT head phones. Over time the ear pieces have continued to loosen from the metal bracket, eventually the entire ear piece came off. This should not happen and I cant put it back together.

This happened to me with both the headphones I received from them. The first pair fell apart after a workout at the gym and I sent them back for a new pair. The exact thing happened with the new pair. I have yet to hear anything from the company and this almost a month ago now.

What kind of battery does this use ?

The headphones have a built in battery which cannot be changed or removed. It can be recharged with a standard Micro USB cable.

The small metal disk with 'R' on it that holds the earpiece in place and can slide up and down the arm has come off and I am unable to find it. Would it be possible to clip another one on? If so would you be able to send me one?!

How can you see how much battery is one the headphones

Unfortunately, these headphones don't have a feature to show remaining battery. There may be an app which can show battery on attached Bluetooth devices though.
