Now (straight out of the box about 1 hour old) I get a (crappy) song on repeat way way in the background underneath the crackling static. My last ones were great. For 70 dollars they should be pristine right out of the box. My last ones were. I think Ill tape them back together and get a refund for these new ones. it asked me how long I have owned this product but didnt have a checkbox/choice for 1 hour and 20 minutes, so I checked the "one week" choice

Rated 1 out of 5 by from BUYER BEWARE I bought a pair of House of Marley Bluetooth headphones and within 4 months, the battery stopped holding a charge.  I tried to exchange it at Best Buy, but they said that I had to deal with House of Marley directly.  So, I contacted House of Marley and they told me ship the headphones back to them.  I had to pay for shipping.  They sent me another pair and the same problem happened 4 months later. There is something wrong with their batteries and they won't compensate for it. Read other reviews on other websites, and you'll see it's a common problem that they are not willing to fix.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Sweet Sweet Vibe I received my Positive Vibrations 2 Wireless Headphones last week! They are so beautiful and clean looking! They are comfortable and easily transportable. My only concern is that when they are connected to my phone (iphone 7) there is an occasional scratchy white noise and it feels like its trying to reconnect. My phone is in my pocket when this happens, so its not far away or anything and the headphones are fully charged. When that isn't occurring, the sound is great! Also, the headphones didn't come with the storage bag that most Marley headphones come with and I remember reading the product description and it mentions the bag -.- I know its a small complaint, but those bags are way cool and I was looking forward to having a new one. If you have any tips about the scratchy noise I would truly love a response back. I love what the Marley brand stands for - I love the mission. And, I am a true lover of reggae music and hope to catch them sweet sweet vibes on these Positive Vibrations 2. Giving thanks and sending love! Jah!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from USB jack fails I received this set of headphones as a gift when I retired about four months ago. From the beginning, I did not like the very short charging cable but after a few months the USB itself became flunky and would only charge if I held the usb cord in and pressed it to one side. Clearly, the port was not supported properly and something has disconnected inside that will only reconnect under pressure. Very poor quality for fones that have a nice sound. Now what good are they to me as I cannot charge them? Also I do not see any way to contact Marley for help.

The ear part is a little small, so it does hurt my ears after wearing for a few hours. I upgraded to the Exodus, and am very satisfied. Probably would be perfect size for a kid!

When I turn on the headphones, there’s a blue and red light that begin to flash. I cant make connection with bluetooth, nor can i find any instructions what the lights mean. Someone knows what’s the problem? Already charged it for two hours.

I have had that problem as well, though it seems to be a non-issue now. You may want to turn off all other bluetooth devices connected to your phone. I had several. Then turn the bluetooth back on (making sure no other devices are connected). Then hold the center button on the headphones until it blinks just blue. Sometimes it helps to have the headphones on while you are doing this. There will be a sound in the headphones to indicate it has been connected. I hope that helps!

I bought my headphone last month and it's not charging since i bought it. I tried several USBs, but the charging red light disappears after 30 sec. What should I do in this case?

I had the same problem, the first answer you get is to switch chargers however for me it was a Bluetooth problem. When I tried to connect them to my Bluetooth a blue and red light flashwd and on my phone it said unable to connect, so I thought it was the battery. When I tried to charge them, it would only stay on for a a minute or less. So I thought the chargers was the problem. Turns out to fix it I just had to take out all of my Bluetooth devices off my phone (by disconnecting it, “forget this device”) and then I managed to connect it. The battery was charged all along, which is why the red light turned off so quickly. Annoying, but fixable.

My positive vibration 2 do not take charge. Earlier it used to show red light while charging and after 2 hours it would stop! But now in few seconds the red light get off but when I turn it on. It says not charged.BT don’t connect.

I am definitely not an expert, but I have these exact headphones and they have been perfect and functional for over a year now. Maybe you could try using a different charger than the one you were sent. I use an Android charger and charge my headphones while they are powered off. Also, turning the headphones off after use keeps the battery alive so much longer. I hope this is helpful and that you are able to resolve the issue :)

A micro usb cord will work perfecly fine. They have it in old phone chargers and stuff.

not used my headphones for 2 months, went to charge them and when i plug the charger in a red light appears but only for 30 seconds then it doesn’t continue charging. i switched phones during the 2 months so it isn’t in my bluetooth devices anymore...

Hi I was just wondering although these are bluetooth wireless, do they also have the capability to be plugged directly into a device with a cable? if so do they come with the cable?

Yes you can take calls wireless, but the background noise is significantly worse than if you use the microphone on the detachable wire.
