Rated 1 out of 5 by from Waste of money The bluetooth connection of this device is ridiculous. It works just when it wants. The left earphone looks like turned off all the time. The right one is a fight to get cennected. Marley? Never again

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good quality of music... when they pair The quality of music is good but the problem is that the pairing isn't working properly. Sometimes the pairing isn't working at all, sometimes one ear falls out (most of the time the right one) after some time. I already sent it back once to the company i bought the liberate air. I received new ones but the same problem applies weekly, very frustrating!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Earbud pairing If one of your buds isn't working, or you have any other problems with pairing, just hold the button on the back of the case for about 5 seconds.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best earbuds I have ever bought I got these earbuds about 2 months ago and so far they have been absolutely amazing. I haven't had any problems with connectivity and the sounds is great! Just had to switch the size of the ear gels so they wouldn't slip out of my ears. I'm also so glad that they switched to the USB-C for changing!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Having trouble with right ear bud. I was really excited to support a sustainable company. However, I was a bit disappointed with these headphones. The right earbud will not have any sound coming from it and I cannot get it to connect to my phone. After a few days it randomly connects again. When I run, the headphones disconnect and reconnect for a couple of times until they finally stay connected.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from MAJOR connectivity problems Got these for Christmas. Right off the bat these headphones gave me trouble. They only work properly maybe 25% of the time. The left or right headphone will disconnect in the middle of my workout or they won’t connect at all. Very frustrating to waste so much time trying to get these to work properly. Save your money people, buy another brand. (Sound quality is nice when they do decide to work properly otherwise I’d give 1 star)

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Probleme with left eadphonee I bought im 3 week ago and the left earbuds stop working. After, the pairing is more difficult than other.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from great for one ear i got this for Christmas and they were good until the right earbud started to quit and stop working so in my opinion this is NOT the best earbuds for people. Just buy a different brand.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DO NOT BUY THESE! I haven't even got the chance to use these for a single day, one single day .... used them on a brief commute to work. My right earbud cutout and stopped working for no reason. And now they won't pair, or even show up as a Bluetooth device on multiple devices of mine. Maybe it is luck of the draw, but I am very disappointed in these. Zero explanation as to why it would just cease working, after not even a SINGLE day of use.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Why that case? The sound and bass is all over really good. But between the bamboo on the headphones and the plastik is a space so water can drip in easy. The Price is about 150€ or $... But the logo on the cases outside is made out of plastik?? And the hinge is also made out of plastik.. so the hinge is really shaky. Bad Case. And OK headphones

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Didn't know I needed bluetooth until these! I'm so glad I bought these, they are honestly so convenient - I never realized what a bother wires were until I could suddenly move around freely while listening to music. Also proud to have given my money to a tech company who cares about the environment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow, I LOVE these! I bought mine while I was in Japan because I have such a long flight home and the battery life is epic! Lasts longer than the battery of my device actually. Snug fit, unique look, great sound, easy pairing and environmentally sustainable to boot! This is the whole package!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simply Magical! My understanding of what wireless earbuds can and should be... has just been obliterated. Simple, yet effective ideas, alongside clear instructions, sleek design, and clarity of sound make this rating an easy 5-star. A clever system of tapping on one earbud or the other engages skipping, pausing, and resuming music, as well as answering calls, etc. Even more incredible is that many of these same actions can be done with only one earbud in! The case itself charges the headphones without being overly bulky or cumbersome. And the bluetooth connection between the buds and my phone was crystal clear. I can't give this product any higher praise - well made.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from If your fine with one earbud The right earbud never connects. It is a flawed setup. Had a pair of skull candies and both paired at the same time. Would that be so difficult?

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Buzzing I bought these yesterday and I have the same problem as some of the other reviews. The headphones have a weird buzzing sound especially in the left bud, it becomes very obvious when watching a video with no music it’s very loud. I love Marley everything but for the price I was disappointed in the quality.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very sad I bought my liberate airs a few months ago, I would say like July. It’s been great so far and I love them but suddenly the left unit is not charging there is no red light and I tried to exhaust them by fully draining the battery and then charging it again. Still to no avail. I don’t know what to do.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I lost my charging case I bought these a few months ago but immediately realized the buzzing in my right ear also sometimes they just unpair will I’m using them and also I lost my charging case the other day outside and now I’m wondering if I can get a next case without buying the whole set again

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Doesn't fit, doesn't work with my bluetooth I bought these several weeks ago and I was so excited for the sustainability component, I guess I didn't read the reviews carefully. There are only 2 sizes for the insert into the ear, I have small ear canals so I have to use the smaller size and they fell out constantly. I got third-party wings, which helps, but you have to take them on & off each time because of the way the charging case works. These do not stay in my ears otherwise. I had to wear a headband all the time to keep them on. I am a petite woman and I expect that is the problem. Also, after about a week only one appears in the bluetooth search in my phone, despite blinking white just like its mate. I have contacted the company asking for help with this issue, but no response after a week of waiting. Theoretically, this is due to the setup where you can use just one headphone at a time, so you have to connect to both individually or set a "master" (side note: I didn't really like the "master" and "slave" terminology used to explain this concept in the manual of the headphones ???). In all, if you have larger ears/ear canals and maybe not an android phone (?) these should work for you. Do not require help, this company does not seem to provide it. Maybe get the plug-in headphones for better access.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product The only reason I gave this product 4 stars is because it sometimes disconnects one of the sides until I put back in the case to turn it back on. Other than that great product.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Did not meet my expectations I bought these a couple of weeks ago. Where to start.... First, they have trouble syncing with my Samsung phone. Usually takes a few tries. They are rather large which means they do not sit well in my ears. The sound is very tingy. I know only to expect so much from ear buds but, I have tried other brands that have much better sound. Overall, I am very disappointed and would not recommend.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Faulty hardware - not worth the investment Unfortunately the Liberate Air earpods were faulty straight out of the box - the right pod sporadically connected and then dropped out after a couple of minutes. Seems like this is a common theme from other reviews. There are much easier to use and better designed earpods in the market in this price range. Helpful customer service over Facebook chat, but if you are looking for reliable quality then these are not worth the investment. A shame when sustainability is a big part of their mission.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Tried with 2 pairs, neither working properly I bought my first pair a few months ago, they worked fine for the first 3 weeks then all of a sudden the right earbud stopped connecting. After forgeting the devices and repairing the earbudds a few times with the same poor outcome (only left earbudd conecting) I decided to return the pair. Not giving up on these airbudds I purchased a new set with the hopes that it was the previous ones that were faulty. I just received my second pair of Liberate Airs today and had the same result from the very beginning; only the left earbudd is connecting. I have tried with several different devices (phones, computers, android, iOS) and they all present the same result. I have already filled out the return form and will go on to purchasing some wireless headphones from another brand because this is not working. In conlusion; save time and money and skip these headphones, it might last you up to a few weeks but thats about it. Unfortunatley.

I receive the headphones about two months ago, everything was working amazing. Until they stoped wanting to connect, the red light turns on showing that it is charging, but when I take them off de case no white light appears, and they do not connect.

Hello I just received the earphones as a gift and love them already. I have only a small issue when trying to connect them with my old iPod 7th gen. They connect but suddenly the right earbud disconnects and shuts down and sometimes both of them.

Asked by: Laurent
Same thing happens to me! I just put the one going off back in it’s charger and they go back on by tapping on it.

I already paired my headphones to my phone using the case, yet when i took the headphones to the gym (no case) they refused to pair. Everyone seems to have the same issue. Why is this even a problem?? Its the main funtion of bluetooth headphones!

Asked by: Rowby
Did you double tap on each headphone? I haven't had the problem you're having. My only issues with these are charging is hit or miss - you gotta make sure they are sitting in the case just right. And the ear canal feature is too big - my ears start to hurt after more than about 30 minutes of wearing.

Thank you for your question. There is not a volume control on the earphones. The volume can be increased or decreased using the device that the earphones are paired with.
