Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not buy! Waste of money Don't waste your money on these earbuds. Left earbud connects easily, the right is almost impossible, even after following the recommended steps. Also too big for ears, they only come with one size of earbud tips.

In the first two months it was working great, after that time the problems where starting.. I always needed 2-3 attempts to get a connection with both of them and now I can only connect my left one and the right one isnt working anymore... I have tried everything to get a connection but it is not working. It was already written in the comments but I thought that the problems are maybe fixed, I was wrong. Its not eco friendly anymore if you have to replace the headphones after a few months and its also not friendly for your money bag.. Hope that you will fix this problems soon. Anyway, have a nice day!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sound ok. When they work These pair nicely with pretty much any Bluetooth device and sound pretty good but power off automatically within 5 minutes of playing. (no low battery just power off) both buds do this from any device. It doesn't matter whether paired to the Right, Left, Stereo, or Mono. I tried everything suggested on the website and it still happens with Android phone, Garmin device and Bluetooth MP3 player. No outside interference as I tried different devices one at a time while skiing several Km away from any other Bluetooth device. These did this since they were new but I won them and can't return. They also fall out of the ear quite easily and the colours are very hard to find on the ground.

Then, 8 months later just stopped working: the red charging led turns on when in the case. Close the lid, open it again and the white led does not come on anymore. Tried the force paring button and nothing happens. So while they are good when they work, such a glitch only 8 months after purchase is problematic, especially in earbuds in the >$100 range.

I love i got to support his brand and hope on buying more from not only house of marley but the natural website for glass pieces etc. so pysched. Be happy everyone

But now I can't pair them anymore-the case is fully charged, I deleted all former bluetooth connections in the menus but when I open the case, the leds on the earbuds stay white instead of flashing. And so they don't connect. Any chance?

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Right earbud cannot connect When I start parring, it only shows "liberate air R", but the flashing one is actually the left earbud. The right one does not flash at all. When I put them both in the case, the left shows red light, while the right shows white light without flashing, when I take it out, the earbud will turn off. This seems to be a common issue as I search through the review, this happened recently for about 2-3 weeks. Is this a software issue?

It paired just fine last night and worked until noon today. Then it would not re pair and I am just disappointed. I have been using wired earbuds for a few years and love them. I love the sound of these headphones I just wished they would work especially for what I paid for them!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from If they are on sale, Buy Buy Buy!!!! Bought a pair on sale to replace Samsung Buds. Sounds better the the Buds for folk, jazz and acoustic and about the same for rock. Controls are easier and battery charger/case is faster to recharge, while the earbuds take slightly longer to fully charge. Operating time so far about the same. My only complaint are on the instructions... Could be easier to follow and mainly, characters could be larger... I'm over sixty and I need both my reader and a magnifier... Had the same problem with my "Get Together Mini and my Positive Vibration XL headphones. Heve some respect for your elders!!! :-) Remember that Bob Marley would be 75 yo. Could he read your instructions? BTW just bought three more sets as Christmas gifts!

Don't buy them and don't think they'll work for you when they haven't for SO many others. They paired with my iPhone and MacBook Pro just fine for 2 months and now they simply wont pair. Even. Full stop. Tried resetting everything, tried reinstalling what drivers and software i could. Nothing. Which is a cryin shame cause they look and feel fantastic.

Who's ears are that big to fit the base in there comfortably?? Very unimpressed for almost a 200 earbud. Would NOT recommend!!

However, for 3 weeks now I have had some difficulties, not only with the right phone, which 99% of the times I try to turn it on or turn on the lights, and now the left phone, which turns on the lights, but is not recognized by the mobile phone. I would like to know if there is the possibility of resetting the equipment, or send it to the warranty so that we can resolve the matter as soon as possible.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Beautiful, comfortable, and useless I was gifted this last christmas after highlighting it in my wishlist and falling in love with them over the internet. They are so lovely and comfortable. The battery life is so impressive and I so desperately want them to work. Which is why every single time I wanted to use them I had to go through the steps of resetting them and "forgetting" them on every device ever. Even if my laptop "forgot" them but the bluetooth was left on, the buds wouldn't connect to my phone and vice versa. This obviously was time consuming and annoying but something I put up with for over 9 months now. However, two things have happened: they got knocked off my bed, which stands 15" from the ground (no frame, just mattress) onto the wood floor, and the case broke. This screams poor craftsmanship. Additionally (maybe due to the fall, maybe not because this seems to be common), the right earbud will not connect anymore, no matter how many times I run through the troubleshooting steps. I want to love them, I want them to work. But I cannot recommend anyone purchase one until they address this very common and annoying issue.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Got these a day ago and there's already problems I was listening to music when suddenly the right one unpaired, ever since I have not been able to pair the right earbud to any of my devices. Even my computer that has never paired to these earbuds before, I've followed all their troubleshooting suggestions and nothing has worked. I've emailed and I still haven't received a response. I absolutely love the design, sound, look and feel of these earbuds but I'm just so disappointed in how they are working so far. At this point, I don't know what else to do besides accept that I might be listening to music only out of my left ear for the rest of my life.

They constantly just won't turn on so one will be working and the other won't. Not only do they often not work but contacting anyone through the company will get you nowhere! Especially since these aren't common like apple products you can't look up much help online. I'd not recommend these earbuds but considering how much I spent I won't be getting an alternative.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointing I was gifting a pair of Liberate Air earbuds for Christmas, they worked great until a few months ago when the right ear bud stopped connecting. I looked into it and saw that this is a common issue. I contacted House of Marley, shipped my earbuds back to them and they sent me a new pair very quickly. I was impressed with their customer service. I used the new earbuds for two days before the same issue started again - right earbuds not connecting. I contacted House of Marley again, and was told that FedEx would be by to pick up the earbuds on Wednesday or Thursday of last week. They did not come so this Monday I called back, only to be told that I had to speak with the same agent, who wasn’t in that day. I left her a voicemail expecting a call back the next day. I still haven’t heard from her and still have a pair of useless earbuds. i so wanted to love this product, and I did until they stopped working. I wish I could get reimbursed so I can purchase a product that works.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from To many problems. I've had this headphones for a year or two, and in those times I've had multiple problems, from constant disconnecting and unable to connect. Now the headphones doesn't work at all, the left side has decided to stop working, the right side still lights up white when pulled out of the case, but the left has no light, apart from when you put it back in a dim red light appears and disappears, the right seem to connect to the left when searching for its pare, but even so the left refuses to connect to the right. (Yes I have tried to force connect the headphones) Would I recommend this headphones? No, I would not.

The earbud not only couldn't enter pairing, but also couldn't charge at all. But my right earbud is totally fine! Would appreciate that someone could give advice for my next step.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Problems with the left piece I bought the liberate air one year ago. A half year later I got connection problems with the left one so I sent it back and got new ones. (no very eco firendly) Just after 2 weeks I got the new ones the left one stopped working again. I just see the red LED but if I take it out the blinking white LED wont turn on. (I think it turns just off) So I wonder if I'm the problem or does this product just have a huge system fault?

Can I go to sports activities with them(running, playing basketball and etc) or they does not built for that?

My rightbearbud won&rsquo;t pair with my phone or with the left earbud, this problem occured twice in the past. the problem was solved by the customerservice after I sent the earbuds to them. Is there a other way?

We are sorry to hear this. We recommend trying to reset the ear buds. 1. Remove the Liberate Air Earbuds from your device (forget from Bluetooth settings). 2. Place earbuds in the charging case 3. Close the charging case 4. Open the charging case 5. Press the force pairing button on the back of the charging case for 2s, this button is located on the back of the charging case 6. Remove earbuds from the charging case 7. From the Bluetooth menu, select &ldquo;Liberate Air L&rdquo; or &ldquo;Liberate Air R&rdquo; to connect earbuds. 8. After connecting, there will be an additional pairing request for &ldquo;Headset&rdquo; (Liberate Air L or R.) 9. Accept request for additional pairing. 10. Earbuds will now be paired to device.

Hello I just received the earphones as a gift and love them already. I have only a small issue when trying to connect them with my old iPod 7th gen. They connect but suddenly the right earbud disconnects and shuts down and sometimes both of them.

I already paired my headphones to my phone using the case, yet when i took the headphones to the gym (no case) they refused to pair. Everyone seems to have the same issue. Why is this even a problem?? Its the main funtion of bluetooth headphones!

It seems they go to sleep if not paired with the phone and out of the case. Seems like something you would expect out of a cheaper product. The house of marley quality seems to be going down hill quick over the years unfortunately.
