Liberate Air is rated 3.3 out of 5 by 184.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great sound and design I’ve had headphones from House of Marley before, but these are by far my fav. The sound/mic is loud and clear, it gets me through my full work day and commute, and the design is very stylish and comfortable.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Amazing until they're NOT. These headphones have great sound and are usually amazing. Unfortunately sometimes they decide to randomly not work as they're supposed to and you will have to listen through one ear only until you can get home to fully charge them, after which you get to stand around for half an hour getting angrier and angrier as you try to reset them because it never simply works as it should. The sound frequently cuts in and out, used to only be in busy locations, but now it could be if my phone is in my pocket. Literally wont play my music if my phone is in my back pocket. Take it out of my pocket and it works again. Now any time I'm down the street it will decide to cut in and out again, no matter the level of charge. There is grossly inadequate FAQ and support available, particularly given that there are different light flashes for each different error/state of error. The only support on the website is how to reset, but this implies that you can get the charge light on both headphones, whereas currently when i put mine on charge one flashes red once and not again, can't reset it at all. Speaking of, it is EXTREMELY difficult to have the airpods charge. The weight is all wrong so they dont sit in the case properly. I found a hack with a piece of bluetak in between the headphones which provides enough traction to hold them in place. They will frequently turn themselves on and pair to your phone from inside the case, particularly annoying when you're on a call on loudspeaker and all of a sudden you're connected to the headphones which are packed away on the shelf and now you have to frantically disconnect all bluetooth devices in order to resume your call, while the other side of the call panics that they cant hear you. I have other marley devices that have had a lot of issues as well. Only one, Bose speaker, has been fine with nil issues. These look great but i wouldnt recommend spending this much on something that you will have issues with from day 1

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Frustrating Connection Issues I've had these headphones for a while and have hardly used them. They sporadically disconnect or just won't connect, making me dread using them before they're even on. Just about every time I used them one or both have randomly disconnected and only occasionally reconnected after resetting in the case several times, sometimes only to almost immediately disconnect again. I do like the headphones in terms of design, sound, battery life, and pretty much everything else but the (dis)connection issues are really frustrating. I have a few other House of Marley products and haven't had any other issues so far. I love the other products and the brand so had some high hopes for these but they unfortunately fell short.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wasted my money I bought these almost a year ago. They consistently disconnect, they only way I get them to reconnect is to put them in the case and take them back out. When i have to do that it sometimes it takes a few tries. Starting just recently, the right earbud doesnt charge or connect. I own 2 other products from this company that work great, but the liberate air are not worth the money.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Service Review After leaving my product review I have been dealing with theiir customer service dept. Horrible. I understand that things are delayed cause of the "demic" but I have been dealing with them since October 23rd. They reply to emails literally once a month (10/23/20, 11/30/20, 1/15/21 and 2/1/21) Honestly, I'm just at a loss right now.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Mostly great These work fairly well and are nice and portable. The only problem I'm having is on zoom calls, I can't change the volume at all. Not sure how to fix this, my computer volume doesn't change the volume on the headphones.

I've seen a lot of bad reviews about the connectivity issue, what are you doing to resolve this issue, and if I purchase earbuds today how can I be assured that they will last a long time? Also, do you ship plastic free?

Asked by: katejoy
I haven’t had major problems with connection issues. Every once in awhile a single earbud either left or right will shut off or disconnect. I simply take it out of the ear put it back in the box and then back in my ear and that fixes the problem. I really enjoy them. They have good noise coming out.

Hi guys. Is it possible or ok to clean out the buds if they get covered in ear wax? I noticed that the stem that the silicone tips clip onto have what looks to be a mesh over them? Can this also be wiped if it gets covered in gunk?

Asked by: BradP
Also interested. An ear-swab I used to clear wax/dirt from the silicone outer knocked the mesh out of the tube of the bud. It SEEMED to fit back in place. Will it stay put? Does the mesh need glue to stay in place?
