Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great quality I've been using these headphones every day for the last 3 weeks and I love them. The sound quality is great and they are a very comfortable fit. I use them mostly for teaching online, but also for listening to music and watching videos. They *sometimes* (very rarely) experience weird issues when connecting to my iPad Air 2, but I'm not really sure if it's an issue with the headphones or the older Bluetooth tech of the iPad. I'm pretty sure it's interference while the headphones try to connect to my laptop when it's near by. Connectivity to my laptop and phone is great. Twice, the headphones didn't connect correctly (sound would keep cutting out), but I turned them off and on again and they worked fine. This is my first time owning a pair of Bluetooth headphones, so I am not sure how much these issues are just Bluetooth issues in general or specific to these headphones. Overall, they're really great quality and I would buy from HoM again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't do anything I need them to do Bought on the weekend with new computer and was excited to find good looking wireless headphones with a sustainable outlook to upgrade from my old airpods. However, from the moment I connected them everything went downhill. For basic spotify use on phone or computer they seemed to work fine, however when doing anything remotely complex such as using a VOIP app, the microphone and speaker do not seem to work at all, either the Mic works or the speakers do. It also cuts in and out repeatedly, playing sound for a second or two before switching off for about 10-20 seconds. Additionally when playing a game I get the exact same cut in/out issues but with a VERY noticeable drop in sound quality. I thought these issues may be settings or new computer related, but when connecting my very old airpods, none of these issues presented, rendering the entire reason for my purchase redundant.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Regret Purchase I was so excited to finally find a pair of headphones made with greater sustainability and ethics compared to others. They worked so well in the first little while, but quickly started falling apart. The screws holding the leather to the headband fell out, making the wire unstable. Then the leather on one ear came out. And now the sound is barely a whisper. All within warranty within the first little while of purchase. I expect more out of headphones this incredibly expensive, which I actually had to crowdfund for essential accessibility. I'm now without this crucial accessibility, nor a way to return something purchased online during a pandemic into a store I can't access. This has been an incredible disappointment after another failed attempt with your bluetooth ones, which were also incredibly expensive. I'm dismayed to say that your company has tarnished Marley's name with this horrible experience, which does not do him justice. Nor your clients like me. House of Marley, I'm expecting you to do better and step up on this to recitfy this right away.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not for boof-heads The headphones are lovely to look at and sound fine (not amazing but nice amd warm) The major problem is that they are really small. I'm a bloke with a decent size head and they barely fit. If I wore a cap or was lucky enough to have hair They'd be no good at all. As they are I can do about an hour before the pressure on my ears is annoying. If those lovely little metal bars were half an inch longer I think they'd have been fine. really shame as they do look great.

Hi. Do these work well with Zoom wirelessly? I just bought a some Bose and they are not compatible with zoom over bluetooth and create distortion. Thanks. David

I have encountered the same problem. I just use the adapter to plug them in and continue on! To be fair, I have also discovered people using other Bluetooth headphones are struggling to connect with Zoom as well, so I do not think this is a House of Marley specific problem. Hope this helps!

Yes, overall the headphones are a nice fit for my travels. The accessories are still functional &amp; I use them frequently. Noise cancelling does lose some quality over time like all products you buy.

Is it possible to use the mic for a call without the AUX cable? I.e on my phone while being out and about?

Yes, I use my Exodus headphones for calls all the time and never have issues. The built in mic has fairly good voice isolation.

Is it possible to get a replacement for my current Exodus headphones? They work amazingly when plugged in (which is most of my time) but I cannot seem to get them to turn on for Bluetooth (i.e. no lights apart from red when charging).

I noticed that too. I own a pair and I believe they are 5.0. The American website specifies &nbsp;that they&rsquo;re Bluetooth 5, but the Canadian one doesn&rsquo;t. I assume it&rsquo;s the exact same specs?
