Customer Reviews

Riddim BT Portable Bluetooth Speaker is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 81.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exactly What I Want First off, the style of this portable speaker is pretty neat. I also love that it comes with a strap for easy carrying and transporting. It's lightweight yet you can feel it is made of quality materials. I was not expecting it to sound so good. The sound is superb and the bass, my fave, is so clean. The music sounds amazing and my phone connects via bluetooth with no issues. Great for going out to the beach or when having a party.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Powerful, Crisp Sound I love the powerful, crisp sound of this Riddim portable bluetooth speaker by House of Marley. It has a loud, clear sound and the bass quality is excellent. I love the eco-friendly design made of bamboo and cork. There is a leather carrying strap for easy portability. It paired quickly with my phone and even comes with a heavy duty charging cable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this speaker! We received this portable Bluetooth speaker and absolutely love everything about it. It’s easy to use and can go super loud for when you are outside. It also works for when you are showering and you can actually hear the music. I also love how east it Is to use. I figured it out instantly where as some Bluetooth speakers make it so complicated!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It could be better The quality sound of this speaker is great. But it have an annoying and unecessary voice that interrupts the moment to announce the obvious

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Compact and durable When we received our Riddim Bluetooth speaker we first noticed the look. The natural wood and grey finish was very sleek and looked really nice. The sound quality was next, perfect amount for at home or travel.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from OMG I love it! OMG I was so excited to try this out since I needed/wanted a new speaker! The sides are bamboo, the under side is has something like Particle board. It has a small handle on it. This speaker packs a lot of a lot of punch in such a small package. The sound quality is loud but yet smooth. it has some really good base. When you charge it there is a little red light that shows that it’s charging. When it’s on there is a little blue light letting you know it’s on. I had no issues connecting it to my cell phone via Bluetooth. They only downside to this speaker is the charging port is under the handle on the side of it so it’s a little of a hassle to plug it in to charge it but other then that that’s the only thing I did not like about it. This is definitely a great speaker to have/use. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a new Bluetooth speaker!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good I received this product and started using it immediately. It works great and the sound from it is ok in my opinion. I’m not saying that’s bad, I just know of other speakers that in my opinion have better sound but the price of those speakers are extremely costly. Overall good product for the value.

How does one go about purchasing one?

Asked by: Yara
does it have to be powered on to recharge and how does the microphone work?

Is there a way to mute the voice prompts? They are annoying because the voice is unneeded when you are listening to music, and they are too loud.

Asked by: n057
This is a major disappointment and show stopper ... it makes it impossible to quietly start a listening session, and also to fall asleep listening to music, as it will wake you up just to report some nit event, like it is shutting down because your playlist has ended 10 minutes ago. You should really work on that.

How do you pair two Riddam units for stereo?

Asked by: pacecar
This feature is documented on a Marley site: "The Pair-2 feature can be found on the Get Together Mini and Riddim BT portable Bluetooth speaker. Simply turn on your speakers and hold the Bluetooth button down for 2 seconds to enable pairing mode(X2) which which will then appear on your device to connect. You can connect your speakers up to 15 meters." See the actual link here: http://blog.thehouseofmarley.com/pair-2-lets-you-wirelessly-connect-2-speakers/

I need to pair this device with my Dell Windows 7 laptop...I need the driver for this speaker in order to use the speaker. Can you send me a link to a driver?

Asked by: Steve
The speaker shouldn't need any special drivers to work. If your Bluetooth drivers are up to date and you still can't pair to the speaker, we recommend contacting Microsoft or Dell's tech support.
