I accidentally dropped it from about 4 ft and the wood ring around it broke. But krazy glue fixed it well, so I’m pretty much satisfied.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Love the speaker but my sister broke it This company is fantastic and I love this speaker, had it since Christmas and it's been great! However, my sister dropped it from about a metre high onto carpet in my house and the top wooden rim has snapped in 2 places so a chunk has fallen off :( the speaker still works but obviously I am still upset that the top has broken as I thought it would be strong enough for this sort of incident.

I got my speaker 4 months ago and i have been using it daily for the last 2-3 months, and in that period of time my bluetooth stopped working twice for a week long each time, and now the speaker itself broke completely. can you guys fix it or give advice?

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good sound but poor battery performance I've had this speaker for almost a year now and while we're happy with the sound quality, the battery performance has deteriorated significantly over the year from when I first got it. Now we're lucky to get 3-4 hours of play out of it off a full charge (supposed to be six hours). The battery also depletes quickly when not in use, so we always have to remember to charge it the day we plan to use it. Because of the battery performance, I wouldn't recommend.

I bought a House of Marly Chant Mini BT speaker last Friday.  I opened it and plugged it in for a few hours.  The red indicator light flashes when it is plugged into the wall, but the speaker will not turn on when I press and hold the power button.

Hi, I have a new Mini Chant (EM-JA007), and when I plug it in to charge, a flashing red light appears next to the charge port. The light does not change, and the speaker never charges. Is the speaker defective, or can this be resolved?

Hi, I have purchased a chant mini speaker and it was working fine until all of a sudden it stopped being able to charge. I connected different usb cables and all were working perfectly, but the chant battery light lights up for a minute and then it stops.

Thank you for contacting us. The blinking blue light means that it is attempting to connect to your Bluetooth device. In your Bluetooth settings on the device, you should be able to see it in the settings. Press on the speaker option and it will connect. how do you sync this product with iphone? instructions are not clear

Chant Mini BT automatically goes into connect mode for 5 seconds as soon as you turn it on (flashing BLUE led). It then switches to auxiliary mode (RED led). You can pair a new device by holding the Bluetooth button for 3 seconds. Note: Holding the Bluetooth button for 3 seconds will kick off the device currently connected and go into Pairing Mode.
