Returning Web Orders

Returns of merchandise purchased from this website must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt and may be made within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of cost of the merchandise. The total of your return will be credited to the charge card that you used at the time of your purchase (minus shipping and handling). House of Marley will cover all reasonable and customary ground shipping fees if the product was damaged, defective, or if the wrong item was shipped.

To return an item you ordered from HouseofMarley.ca, use the pre-printed return label that was included with your original packaging slip. House of Marley is not responsible for lost returns. We recommend using an insured and prepaid method for your return, such as UPS ground or Canada Post. Please obtain a copy of the tracking number for your records.

To avoid any additional fees, please include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the product. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and in saleable condition.

Typical turnaround time for returns or replacements is about two to four weeks, but may be a bit longer during high volume periods.

Returning Store Purchases

If you purchased a House of Marley product from a retail store and it is still covered under their return policy, please return it to the store at which you made the purchase. If the date of the purchase is longer than 30 days you will need to contact us at 416-785-1386 or 888-225-7378 and provide a copy of your receipt for any and all warranty issues. Please make sure to have the model number of the product available. Representatives are available 8:30am - 5:00pm eastern time, Monday through Friday.

Warranty Returns

At House of Marley, we stand by our products. Each product is created with the highest quality components and is quality crafted for years of dependable use. We back every product with a warranty. You can refer to your product's instruction booklet for your warranty information. A receipt is required for any and all warranty issues. Without a receipt warranty is null and void. If product has been tampered with, warranty is null and void. If product model is no longer available, a product of equal or lesser value will be provided as a replacement if deemed suitable.
